She is an own daughter of Mr Illuminator, son of the respected Dick Badger, whose line traces back to the great Grey Badger II, well known throughout the West for producing hardy, versatile horses with grit, stamina, and cow sense. Mr Illuminator is also the direct sire of the famous PRCA/WPRA barrel horse, TR Dashing Badger “Dolly,” ridden by Jill Moody to amass over $850,000 LTE.
On the dam side, “Suzy 2” carries the influence of Dudes Sugar Boy and Ole O Jack, adding substance, disposition, and practical ranch horse ability. This mare represents the kind of ole-style Quarter Horse breeding valued for confirmation, soundness, maternal instinct, and producing useful, willing offspring that can go in any direction.
